ELIGIBILITY: All winners will be chosen at random. All registrations for the promotion must be received 48 hours in advance of the next scheduled Facebook LIVE event (i.e., entries must be received by Wednesday, January 11 at 11:59 am to be eligible). Valid dates and times for the Delaware Lottery’s Facebook LIVE event is Friday 1/13/2023 at 12 pm EST. By entering the promotion, you give the Delaware Lottery permission to announce and publish your name for promotional purposes if you are randomly selected to participate in any of the events outlined below. Any and all prizes cannot be redeemed for cash, unless noted otherwise. Entries that do not meet all qualifications will be automatically disqualified without notification. Registration for the Delaware Lottery’s Facebook LIVE events is rolling; one registration keeps you entered for all eligible Facebook LIVE events during the promotion period. All registrations from 2020 and 2021 are valid for all 2022 Facebook LIVE events.
PRIZE WHEEL: All Prize Wheel players must be registered to be eligible for a chance to play. Players can register by visiting www.delottery.com/facebooklive and completing the provided registration form prior to Wednesday 1/11/2023 at 11:59 am EST. All winners must be 18 years or older and be able to provide a valid Delaware/Pennsylvania/New Jersey/Maryland mailing address to take part in this promotion. All players who previously registered during 2020, 2021, and 2022 Facebook LIVE entry periods will be eligible for a chance to win without reregistering. All winners must join the Delaware Lottery’s Facebook LIVE events during scheduled event dates and times if their name is called to be eligible to spin the Prize Wheel. If the selected winner does not actively join, their chance to spin the Prize Wheel will be forfeited. Winners will not be physically on location to spin the Prize Wheel. The Prize Wheel will be spun by the Delaware Lottery’s Facebook LIVE host on the winners’ behalf during all Facebook LIVE events during the promotion period. All winners are responsible for reaching out to the Delaware Lottery directly via Facebook Messenger to claim their prize. All prizes awarded during the promotion period will be mailed via United Parcel Service or emailed directly to the winners after each scheduled Facebook LIVE event. Only one winner per household/residence per event.
Viewers that join the Delaware Lottery’s Facebook LIVE event(s) but are not registered before the 48-hour cut-off for the Prize Wheel will still be eligible for a chance to play other predetermined Delaware Lottery Facebook LIVE games (rendering them eligible to win a prize); however, these viewers will not be eligible to spin the Delaware Lottery’s Facebook LIVE Prize Wheel unless explicitly indicated by the Delaware Lottery’s Facebook LIVE host.
PICK-A-PRIZE: Viewers that join the Delaware Lottery’s Facebook LIVE event(s) but are not registered before the 48-hour cut-off for the Prize Wheel will still be eligible for a chance to play the Delaware Lottery’s Facebook LIVE Pick-A-Prize game. Viewers must be 18 years or older and be able to provide a valid Delaware/Pennsylvania/New Jersey/Maryland mailing address to take part in this promotion. Viewers must join the Delaware Lottery’s Facebook LIVE events during scheduled event dates and times if their name is called to be eligible to play Pick-A-Prize. If the selected viewer does not actively join, their chance to play Pick-A-Prize will be forfeited. Viewers will not be physically on location to play Pick-A-Prize. The Delaware Lottery’s Facebook LIVE host will ask the identified viewers to select a number between a given range. Once the viewer has selected a number and responded via the chat function of the Facebook LIVE event, the Delaware Lottery’s Facebook LIVE host will “pick” the corresponding vessel on the Pick-A-Prize table on the viewer’s behalf. Winners are responsible for reaching out to the Delaware Lottery directly via Facebook Messenger to claim their prize. All prizes awarded during the promotion will be mailed via United Parcel Service to the winners after each scheduled Facebook LIVE event. Only one winner per household/residence per event.

Players may only win once per household/residence per event throughout the Delaware Lottery’s Facebook LIVE event period for the Prize Wheel and Pick-A-Prize promotions; If you correctly answered the Delaware Lottery’s Texting Trivia promotion and are entered into the prize pool or are randomly selected as a winner, you are still eligible for a chance to spin the Prize Wheel or play the Pick-A-Prize during the Delaware Lottery’s Facebook LIVE event. Only one winner per household/residence for Texting Trivia prizes. Delaware Lottery Facebook LIVE events are a limited time offering and the schedule is subject to change.
