(DOVER, Del.) — A 49-year-old woman from Lewes has claimed the first of two $25,000 top prizes for the Instant Game WIN! IT! ALL! The woman, who wished to remain anonymous, purchased the winning ticket from Daily Market in Lewes.

The woman started playing the Lottery in 2015, and says she usually purchases five Instant Game tickets whenever she’s in the mood for some fun. She followed the same routine during this particular visit, but after scratching her tickets, received some unexpected and exciting news. She had won $25,000 in an instant.

“My first reaction was total shock,” the woman said. The first person she told about her big win was a coworker.

When asked what she was planning to do with her winnings, the woman said she planned to use some over the holidays and put the rest in savings.

Seaford woman wins $15,000 win playing RED, WHITE & BLUE 7

(DOVER, Del.) — A 62-year-old Seaford woman, who wished to remain anonymous, purchased four Instant Game tickets while visiting Payless Tobacco in Seaford. She usually purchases four tickets at a time to add some extra excitement to her retirement. One of the tickets she purchased during this particular visit, a RED, WHITE & BLUE 7 Instant Game, ended up winning her one of the game’s $15,000 top prizes.

A lifelong Delaware resident, the woman said she has been playing the Delaware Lottery since 1980. The woman said she plays the Delaware Lottery for the excitement of winning.

(DOVER, Del.) — Antoinette Fasano, a 55-year-old deli manager from Felton, enjoys playing the Delaware Lottery whenever she gets a lucky feeling. During a recent visit to Geo’s Liquors in Felton, Ms. Fasano purchased two Instant Game tickets, including a $5 CASH BONUS Instant Game ticket. (DOVER, Del.) — Chester Fuller, a 55-year-old mechanic for Verizon, has claimed the first of three $1,000 Collect ‘N Win prizes for the May 5, 2020 drawing.

Mr. Fuller, who is originally from Florida, spent many summers in Delaware before deciding to move to Magnolia in 2011. He’s been playing the Delaware Lottery ever since.

The man, who wished to remain anonymous, went to Malin’s Market in Newark to play the numbers on the playslips but when he arrived, he realized he only brought enough money for three lines plays. The man purchased one ticket with three plays and returned the next day and unknowingly purchased an identical ticket by accidentally using the previous day’s playslip.

(DOVER, Del.) — Susan A. Brown, a retired mother of two from Smyrna, says she normally buys a couple Delaware Lottery tickets whenever the feeling hits her. After taking a chance on two Money Frenzy Instant Game tickets while out running some errands, her feeling paid off when one ticket ended up being a $10,000 winner.

Mrs. Brown says she was in the car when she revealed her biggest win yet. She was shocked, but with one more stop on her list, she zipped the winning ticket up tight in her purse and hurried through the store.

She enjoys playing the Delaware Lottery because it’s fun and there's always a chance to win big.

Mrs. Brown purchased her winning ticket at Acme #2386 in Smyrna. When asked what she was planning to do with her winnings, Mrs. Brown said she plans to put it into savings.

Man found big winner in his center console

(DOVER, Del.) — In March 2019, a 53-year-old Hockessin man purchased two POWERBALL^® tickets with five lines each from Shore Stop #295 in Long Neck. After picking his numbers and purchasing the tickets, the man put them in the center console of his car, where they remained until December.

The man, who wished to remain anonymous, cleaned out his console and came across the POWERBALL^® tickets. When he checked them on December 30, he was shocked to see he had matched four numbers and the POWERBALL^® for the March 16 drawing—winning him $50,000 before taxes.

“It was an incredible surprise,” the man said when he learned he had won. “I can’t believe there was such a big winner in my car that whole time!” After taxes, the man will take home $38,000.

When asked what he was planning to do with his winnings, the man said he plans to take a long weekend trip to Florida and look at houses.

A big win to start the New Year

(DOVER, Del.) — A 54-year-old Long Neck woman purchased $100 worth of various Instant Game tickets from Royal Farms #123 in Millsboro. One of those tickets was MONEY MAYHEM and that ticket ended up being one of the game’s $25,000 top-prize winners.

The woman, who wished to remain anonymous, said she was in disbelief when she saw that she had won. “I was so surprised and excited,” the woman said. “What an amazing start to 2020!”

When asked what she was planning to do with her winnings, the woman said she had a few ideas, but is thinking about taking a family vacation to Atlantis.
