"I really enjoy NASCAR® and haven't been to any other track than Dover International Speedway," he said.
Cubler said his wife Nancy will accompany him, but he has yet to decide which track he'd like to visit, though Daytona, Talladega and Las Vegas are at the top of his list.

NASCAR® licensed merchandise prize packs were also awarded to 147 other winners in the second-chance drawing.
Wilmington Office Pool Wins $200,000 from Nov. 18 POWERBALL® Drawing
A six person office pool from the Wilmington law office of Morris, James, Hitchins & Williams scored a $200,000 POWERBALL® prize by matching five numbers on November 18th. The group has been buying 12 tickets twice each week for the past 18 years. But the group's win was luckier than they could imagine. The woman who has purchased the group's 12 tickets, typically buys two separate tickets for herself so she can play some personal numbers such as family birthdays. This time, rather than playing her numbers separately, she incorporated them into the group's 12 tickets. And, as luck would have it, those were the winning numbers.
"I'm so happy I did that because all the others really deserve to share in the winnings" she said. "It's just so nice that they can relax for a little while and not worry about a few bills. I'll never forget this experience."
The winning ticket was purchased at The Convenient Store located at 107 West 9th Street in Wilmington.
Record $172,000 Multi-Win Lotto Jackpot
Multi-Win Lotto is known for having the best odds of any game offered by the Delaware Lottery, but it wasn't until recently that a 66-year-old machinist from Chester, Pa., and loyal player found out for sure. On November 29, the man won $172,000, which marked the largest Multi-Win Lotto jackpot in the history of the game.
"I like Multi-Win Lotto because when you buy one ticket, you have three lines to win," he said. In addition to winning the record top prize of $172,000 by matching all six numbers in a line, the player added an additional $100 to his prize matching a total of nine numbers from all three lines on the same ticket. "It's safe to say that this will allow me to spoil my five-year-old granddaughter a little more this Christmas."
He purchased his ticket at the Village Market located at 1000 Ridge Road in Claymont.

Top Prize for Instant Riches Game Claimed
Christmas came early for a 60-year-old Elkton, Maryland, woman as she claimed one of the $8,000 top prizes for the $5 Instant Riches instant game.
The woman, who runs a cheese shop near the Delaware/Maryland border, has chosen to remain anonymous, but did say that she is a regular player and this was the biggest win she has scored to date.
"I will likely pay some bills with it," she said. "This is a great time to have a little extra money."
New Castle Man Scores $15,000 playing Deal or No Deal Instant Game
A 50-year-old New Castle, Delaware, man recently came forward to claim one of the top prizes of $15,000 for the $10 Deal or No Deal Instant Game.
The man, who is married with four children, is a regular Delaware Lottery player, playing most of the games but preferring the instant games. This win marks his largest, despite having won several smaller prizes through the years.
"I had to look at the card five or six times just to makes sure I'd won," he said. "Trust me, this money is going to come in handy. Maybe we'll get a little trip out of this."
The winning game card was purchase at Manor BP located at 601 N. DuPont Highway in New Castle.
Birthday Numbers Yield $200,000 Powerball Win for Wilmington Office Pool
It has been a great start to the holiday season for six employees at the Wilmington law office of Morris, James, Hitchins & Williams who will share $200,000 from matching five numbers in the November 18 Powerball drawing.
The group has chosen to remain anonymous, but the member who turned in the ticket who works as a word processor said that the same six people have been buying 12 tickets twice each week for the past 18 years. Along the way, they have won smaller prizes, but this is their biggest one yet.
This win actually had a double twist of lucky for the group. The person who typically buys two separate tickets with personal numbers such as birthdays and anniversaries incorporated her numbers into the group's 12 tickets. And, of course, it was her numbers that won.
"I'm so happy I did that [bought only the 12 tickets because all the others really deserve it," she said. "I got to hear all of them all screaming and hollering and crying. It's just so nice that they can relax for a little while and not worry about a few bills."
The ticket was purchased at The Convenient Store located at 107 West 9th Street in Wilmington.

The winner said he plays regularly and has won many prizes in the $100 to $500 range, but never a top prize like this. He added that the money will help him and his wife of 46 years complete some home improvement projects, while he intends to give the rest of it to his family.
"This is a once in a lifetime thing, so I'll share it. In a few weeks, I will have probably given it all away," he said.

Brother-in-Law Birthday Error Yields a $10,000 POWERBALL® Prize for Two Sisters!
Two lucky Maryland sisters claimed a $10,000 POWERBALL prize won during the August 19, 2006, drawing. The lucky ticket was purchased at the Royal Farms in Fenwick Island and was the result of a fortuitous mistake.
Sisters Kelly Bacon, 39, of Gambrills, Md., and Robin Casalaspro, 52, of Ocean City, Md., split the cost of ten tickets with the agreement that they would split any winnings. This Mrs. Casalaspro made the short trip into Delaware to purchase the tickets, but while selecting their numbers she entered the number "29" instead of "27" for her brother-in-law's birth date. When the 29 ball came up, the two took home the cash.
"He said he should probably change his birthday now," Mrs. Casalaspro joked.
Mrs. Casalaspro, who is a mother two and has six grandchildren, said she plans to take her family to Hershey Park and put much of the rest toward a vacation to Key West, Fla. Mrs. Bacon said she will use her share on a trip to Disney World with her husband and young son.
Four Large Instant Game Prizes Won in First Two Weeks of June
The first few unofficial weeks of summer have produced four big instant winners with the Delaware Lottery.
On June 7, a 60-year-old Newark, Del., resident won the $20,000 grand prize for the $10 10-Times the Money instant win game. He purchased the winning ticket at Glasgow Farm in Newark. Retired and single, this lucky winner recently started playing the lottery for entertainment, but never dreamed it would pay off so well.
"I don't really have any big plans for [the prize] yet," he said. "I'll probably just put it in the bank and save it for a rainy day."
Then, on June 14, a 49-year-old woman from Milford scored another $20,000 grand prize jackpot from a $10 Red Hot Cash ticket purchased at Mills Brothers Market #2 in Milford. The woman couldn't believe her luck when she realized she had won, initially thinking she had only won $20. She said that she plays for entertainment, but only when she gets a certain lucky feeling.
"I'm always pretty lucky," she said. "I saw that ticket in the counter and just thought it was good luck. I guess I was right."
Two Pennsylvania women also claimed large Delaware Lottery prizes in early June. On June 6 Kathy Shaw, 45, of Honey Brook, Pa., claimed a $10,000 prize after playing Texas Hold 'Em Poker, a $5 ticket. The game card was purchased at the Tobacco Field in Wilmington.
