Introducing the new Delaware Lottery Players Club

Dover, DE — On September 1, 2023, the Delaware Lottery launched an all-new Players Club featuring plenty of exciting perks and monthly prizes. And with the addition of a new Players Club app, users can check tickets, enter second chance drawings, create playslips, find nearby Retailers, and see the latest winning numbers and jackpots—all in one place. The new Players Club also lets players scan tickets to earn points for entries into exclusive drawings.

As a result, Collect ‘N Win is retiring. Beginning September 1, all eligible winning and non-winning tickets must be entered through the new Players Club website or app.

“In addition to providing more ways to win every month, the new Players Club makes it easier for players to earn and manage their rewards from one spot,” said Helene Keeley, Director of the Delaware Lottery. “And because it’s free to sign up, everyone can take advantage of this exciting opportunity.”

Players who are currently signed up for Winning Numbers communications will continue to receive them without interruption. At a future date, you will be able to change your preferences directly on the new Players Club website or app.
