Millsboro man wins $10,000 playing NOTHING BUT CASH!
Dover, DE — Chad Melnick, a 50-year-old man from Millsboro has claimed the latest $10,000 prize from the Instant Game NOTHING BUT CASH! He purchased the winning ticket at Shore Star on Oak Orchard Road in Millsboro.
Mr. Melnick started playing the Delaware Lottery about ten years ago. He enjoys the chance to win with Instant Games and decides which games to purchase based on their ticket number.
When asked what his first reaction was when he found out he won, Mr. Melnick replied “I did my money dance!” He plans to take his aunt and uncle out fishing with the prize money.
