The 2024 POWERBALL® FIRST MILLIONAIRE OF THE YEAR® promotion starts now.
Dover, DE — This New Year’s Eve, one lucky player will win $1,000,000 from the 2024 POWERBALL® FIRST MILLIONAIRE OF THE YEAR® promotion and there’s no purchase necessary to enter. Between June 26th and July 16th, all Delaware residents 18 and older can enter for a chance to win at Powerball NewYear Millionaire | Delaware Lottery .
Five national finalists will be randomly selected to receive a four-day, three-night VIP trip to New York for two. The $1,000,000 winning finalist will be announced live during Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve.
In addition to the five national finalists, ten Delaware residents will be selected as semi-finalists, each taking home $500 in cash and spinner luggage.
