Dover man wins first FAT WALLET $25,000 top prize
Dover, DE — Chase Breedlove, a 33-year-old crawl space technician from Dover, has claimed the first $25,000 top prize for the Instant Game FAT WALLET. Mr. Breedlove purchased the winning ticket from One Stop on Walker Road in Dover.
While a lifelong Delaware resident, Mr. Breedlove said he only started playing the Delaware Lottery about two months ago. He usually purchases two Instant Game tickets at a time. Mr. Breedlove said he doesn’t have a particular strategy for selecting his tickets, but enjoys trying new Instant Games as they’re released. “I hadn’t seen FAT WALLET before, so I decided to give it a try,” Mr. Breedlove said. “I still can’t believe I won $25,000”.
“What an exciting start for this recently introduced Instant Game,” said Vernon Kirk, Director of the Delaware Lottery. “It’s always great to see new players bring home a big top prize, especially with summer right around the corner.”
Two $25,000 top prizes remain for FAT WALLET, which means Delaware Lottery players still have plenty of chances to add some extra cash to their pockets this summer. The Delaware Lottery also currently offers MONEY TO GO and XTREME WIN IT ALL—two $5 price point Instant Games with three top prizes of $25,000 remaining. The man claimed his prize from Lottery Headquarters on June 6, 2022.
