Wilmington man wins $10,000 playing CASH FLURRIES

Dover, DE — Frank McMullen, a 49-year-old man from Wilmington, has claimed the latest $10,000 top prize from the Instant Game CASH FLURRIES. Mr. McMullen purchased the winning ticket while visiting his local Royal Farms #196 on Kirkwood Highway in Wilmington.
