Celebrate this holiday season responsibly

Dover, DE — The Delaware Lottery would like to remind everyone that Delaware Lottery Instant Games, Draw Games and Sports Pick are not for children. All Delaware Lottery players must be 18 or older to purchase Instant and Draw Games, and 21 or older to purchase Sports Pick.

According to the National Council on Problem Gambling, early gambling experiences, including lottery tickets, are a risk factor for later gambling problems.

“Our retailers are dedicated to making sure that Delaware Lottery Games are not sold to minors,” said Vernon Kirk, Director of the Delaware Lottery. “To avoid exposing minors to gambling, we’d like to remind our customers that our games should never be purchased as holiday gifts for children.”
