POWERBALL® Jackpot Climbs Over $400 Million
Saturday’s POWERBALL® jackpot has an estimated annuity of $414 million.
Dover, DE — The POWERBALL® jackpot has crossed the $400 million mark for the first time since October 27, 2018 when two winning tickets split a $687.8 million jackpot.
The last time anyone hit the POWERBALL® jackpot was in New York on Dec. 26, 2018, making Saturday’s drawing the 21st draw in the current jackpot run. Tickets for Saturday’s drawing continue to sell as players hope to become the first POWERBALL® jackpot winner of 2019.
“It’s always an exciting time when the jackpots grow this large,” said Vernon Kirk, Director of the Delaware Lottery. “But it’s also a time to remind all Delaware Lottery customers to play responsibly.”
