NASCAR® Instant Game Winner Revealed
Oak Orchard Man Has His Choice of Any NASCAR® Race
Dover, DE -- Donald Cubler of Oak
Orchard, Del., is a huge Jeff Gordon fan. Now thanks to the
Delaware Lottery, he will be able to cheer on the famed No.
24 car at any race he wants in 2007.
Cubler, 74, won the second-chance grand prize of the Delaware
Lottery NASCAR® instant game, which awards the winner
with a trip for two to his choice of any NASCAR® event
on the circuit in 2007.
"I really enjoy NASCAR® and haven't been to any other
track than Dover International Speedway," he said. "We
get together each week at my house each week to watch the
race."
Cubler said he has yet to decide which track he'd like to
visit, but added that Daytona, Talladega and Las Vegas are
at the top of his list. He plans on bringing his wife Nancy,
too, which may make the Las Vegas track the front runner,
he joked.
"The Delaware Lottery prides itself on providing its
players with desirable and unique prizes," said State
Lottery Director Wayne Lemons. "NASCAR® is such a
popular sport, we were thrilled to be able to offer a trip
like this to our players."
In addition to the grand prize, Cubler also wins a NASCAR®
memorabilia prize pack. Memorabilia prize packs were also
awarded to 147 other winners.
Cubler and the other winners entered to win by mailing in
their non-winning tickets to the Lottery.
