TROLLEY
SQUARE PROMOTION YIELDS "WOO-HOO" WINNERS
Dover, DE -- Edward Horgan of Wilmington
and Danielle Urbano of Newark won prizes for two separate
promotions at the end of the Delaware Lottery's month-long
October promotion at the popular Trolley Square location Kelly's
Logan House. Horgan received a $1,000 cash grand prize from
the Delaware Lottery after he and other patrons entered their
non-winning LUCKY 13 Instant Game tickets into second chance
drawing. Additionally a four night, five day all-inclusive
Caribbean getaway was given to Urbano as a result of a separate
drawing.
The Delaware Lottery held weekly events every Friday in October
in Wilmington at Kelly's Logan House with WJBR-FM. These events
included live radio broadcasts with popular radio personality,
Michael Waite, Instant Game ticket giveaways and a chance
to enter non-winning tickets in a drawing for a $1,000 grand
prize. An additional Caribbean getaway prize was also awarded
to a participant who entered the independent drawing. Both
winners were present when their names were announced at the
end of the last appearance. During the events, Lottery talent,
comedian Geno Bisconte, entertained patrons with Lottery trivia
and t-shirt giveaways. Participants at the events were also
given the opportunity to have their picture taken with friends
and received a souvenir photo and frame card to take home
with them that night.
The Delaware Lottery will continue to hold events at University
of Delaware Basketball home games as well as monthly events
at select area venues to support various Instant Games. Additional
information is available on the Delaware Lottery website,
