2002 HOLIDAY INSTANT GAMES ARE HERE

DOVER, DE -- This holiday season the Delaware Lottery is introducing three new Instant Games designed especially for gift giving: SEASON'S GREETINGS, HOLIDAY BINGO and $250 SURPRISE PACKAGE. Ticket sales for SEASON'S GREETINGS and HOLIDAY BINGO began October 21 and $250 SURPRISE PACKAGE went on sale today. These new Instant Games, as well as all Delaware Lottery Games, make great holiday gifts.

SEASON'S GREETINGS, the new $10 Instant Game, offers players a chance to win one of two top cash prizes worth $25,000 each or one of nine other cash prizes ranging from $10 to $5,000. There are 10 different games on each ticket including a Bonus area that can double a player's winnings. SEASON'S GREETINGS offers 48,610 prizes with a value of $827,650. The average odds of winning are 1 in 2.47, based on the sale of all 120,000 tickets ordered for this game.

Players could win one of two $15,000 top cash prizes or one of 12 other cash prizes ranging from $5 to $5,000 playing the new $5 HOLIDAY BINGO Instant Game. There are 70,726 prizes with a value of $780,000 in HOLIDAY BINGO. Average odds of winning are 1 in 3.39, based on the sale of all 240,000 game tickets printed.

The $250 SURPRISE PACKAGE $1 Instant Game features 36 $250 top cash prizes, plus six other cash prize levels ranging from $1 to $50. There are 109,424 prizes with a value of $278,400 in $250 SURPRISE PACKAGE. Average odds of winning are 1 in 4.39, based on the sale of all 480,000 tickets ordered for this game.
