DOVER, DE - This week the Delaware Lottery is introducing a new Instant Game called COLD CASH. Players can win 10 prizes ranging from $1 to a top prize of $3,000 on each $1 COLD CASH ticket.

COLD CASH is easy to play. Players scratch off the play area to reveal temperatures and dollar amounts. If the player matches any of our temperatures to the cold temp , the player wins the prize shown. Players who reveal a "snowflake" symbol win the prize shown automatically.

The COLD CASH game offers 104,194 prizes with a total value of $287,800. The average odds of winning a prize playing COLD CASH are 1 in 4.61, based on the sale of all 480,000 tickets ordered for the game.
