On August 27, 2009, the Delaware Lottery selected two names from all entries received for the DEAL OR NO DEAL Instant Game (446) to be entered into the Second Chance Bonus Drawing to be held on September 15, 2009.
Congratulations and good luck to Renee Williams of Washington, DC and Kathleen Palmer of Dover, DE. who will be entered into a multi-state drawing for a cash prize between $250,000 and $2.5 million.
On September 15, 2009 the multi-state bonus drawing was conducted. Congratulations to Virginia Cole of Cincinnati, OH for winning the $250,000 cash prize amount.
The Hollywood Package Second Chance Drawing was conducted by the Delaware Lottery on March 5, 2009. Congratulations to Dessa Jenckel of Smyrna, DE and Arthur Frampton Sr. of Rehoboth Beach, DE.
The Deal or No Deal Hollywood Package includes:
- A five-day, four-night trip for the winner and one guest
- Round-trip airfare
- Hotel accommodations
- Ground transfers from L.A. airport, hotel and studio
- In Hollywood, trip winners will be guaranteed a cash prize of $5,000 and the chance to play a non-broadcast daily version of the Deal or No Deal game with Howie Mandel and the Banker and a chance to win up to $2.5 million. In addition, trip winners may also be selected to participate in the daily version of the Deal or No Deal television broadcast game.

How to Submit Non-Winning Tickets
For a chance to win one of two trips to Hollywood and/or a chance to be selected as one of two names to be entered into a bonus drawing:

All information on the mailed non-winning DOND instant ticket must be completed, including signature, to be eligible. Do not bend, fold or mutilate ticket. Multiple entries per envelope are acceptable.
- Or enter via the Internet by clicking here and following the instructions. All information on the DOND online entry must be completed to be eligible. Players must retain their non-winning DOND instant ticket because the winner will be required to present the original ticket to validate their entry and claim the prize.
Second Chance drawing details:
- Two winners will be seleced to win a trip to Hollywood, CA and the chance to play the daily version of the DOND game from mailed entries received by 4:30 p.m. February 27,2009 and internet entries received by 11:59 p.m. February 27, 2009. The second chance drawing for the Hollywood Package will take place on Thursday, March 5, 2009.
- Two names will be selected and entered into a multi-state drawing for a cash prize between $250,000 and $2.5 million. All entries received for the Hollywood trip drawing as well as all mailed entries received by 4:30 p.m. August 21, 2009 and all internet entries received by 11:59 p.m. August 21, 2009 will be entered into this second chance drawing. (Non-winning tickets purchased after the Hollywood trip drawing entry deadline will only be eligible for this drawing.) The second chance drawing to be entered into the multi-state cash prize drawing on September 15, 2009 will take place on Thursday, August 27, 2009. The final drawing will include all eligible entries from all participating lotteries and will be held on or about September 15, 2009.
- Players are only eligible to win one of the two trip prizes in the trip drawing. Players are only eligible to be one of the two names selected and entered into the multi-state drawing.
Trip winner does not pay Delaware State taxes. The required federal withholding tax on the trip is paid. The Lottery will not be responsible for additional taxes that may become due from the guaranteed winning of $5,000, DOND game show winnings, the Final Drawing or when the winner files a tax return.
Trip prize may not be redeemed for cash.
Third party will fulfill all second-chance drawing prizes.
Your signature on the drawing entry gives the Delaware Lottery permission to announce and publish your name for promotional purposes if you win the second chance drawing.
