$150,000 Claimed by New Castle Resident Playing PLATINUM PAYOUT

Dover, DE — A 39-year-old bartender from New Castle has claimed the first $150,000 prize from Instant Game PLATINUM PAYOUT. The woman, who chose to remain anonymous, purchased the winning ticket from Tobacco Time in Bear.

The winner started playing the Delaware Lottery when she was 21 and typically purchases five tickets at a time. When she scratched the winning ticket, she was overwhelmed with excitement, shaking at the discovery. She shared the news with her boyfriend first and is still deciding how to use her winnings.
